On our project plan:

1) The inner lives of senior female academics, how did they do it all (what would they do again, what do they regret, what decisions are they pleased they made?). We'll be running an anonymous online survey, and from that data produce a guidance document for Early and Mid career academics, and real life case studies.  We'll also use the data to prioritise what we're writing about on the blog, and developing resources to be housed on the free RiF Inner Circle page.
