The Artemis 1 day Group Coaching Intensive
Participants will experience a day unlike any other. The day will be structured to allow them to take a step outside of their day to day overwhelm to connect back to the vision and determination that brought them into research in the first place.
Gradually moving through the 4 steps of the Women Centred Coaching Model we will set a compelling intention, identify and seize control of the barriers holding them back, keeping them stuck in the mid-career stage, with no sense of possibility to unleash the world-leading research ideas they have.
Then with this new insight, we'll breakthrough to unstoppable momentum to create what they are here to create. Each participant will leave with a clear vision for how to maximise their research leadership and contributions and a concrete growth pathway so they know exactly what to do and how to do it.
This is a group coaching event. As such it will feature individual reflections, small group breakouts and 1:1 coaching conversations led by the facilitator, but witnessed by all, for the benefit of all.Â

The workshop is priced at £4999+VAT, for delivery in all mainland UK locations. Please contact us for a quotation if you are located somewhere difficult to reach and/or necessitating more than 1 night in a hotel for our workshop leader. The workshop fee can be settled in 1, or 2 instalments. All fees must be settled before your workshop date is confirmed and we provide you with guidance and materials to commence advertising.
Hosts are responsible for all related arrangements and costs e.g. room booking, refreshments, participants costs, T&S for participants (all RiF costs, including T&S for our team members, are all included in the fee), any additional costs incurred by participants, etc.
Our standard Ts&Cs apply. Of particular note is our cancellation policy:
Cancellations within 30 days of agreed commencement will be charged at full cost, cancellations within 60 days at 50% cost. Variations in schedule will be accommodated to the best of our ability. Whilst RiF will be as flexible as possible, cancellation charges will still apply where RiF cannot accommodate changes in the client’s preferred schedule due to RiFs pre-existing commitments.
Coaching events are future focused, they are not locations for processing raw, personal emotion, or trauma. Participants will be responsible for what they share, and considering the impact of their shares on the wellbeing of other participants. Self leadership is key. The event will be governed by a code of conduct, which will be circulated beforehand, and with which all participants must comply at all times.
